Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming two key clients to our facility.

Upon entering the factory floor, the first sight that greeted our clients was a lineup of tube bending machines that had just completed their final commissioning—ranging from fully automatic CNC models to dual-head bending machines, covering a wide spectrum of tube diameters and application scenarios. Each machine featured a pristine finish and meticulously organized wiring; furthermore, the machining precision of critical components and the quality of the assembly craftsmanship stood up to the closest scrutiny. Our clients paid particular attention to the rigidity of the bending arms and the clearance tolerances of the tooling dies; they even selected a machine at random to initiate a "dry run" (no-load operation), allowing them to experience firsthand the machine's operational smoothness and noise suppression levels.

What left the deepest impression on our clients was not merely the machines' external appearance and structural design, but rather the customized process solutions we have developed for various industries. For instance, we showcased sample exhaust pipes—produced specifically for a client in the automotive components sector—demonstrating bending angle consistency controlled within a tolerance of ±0.1°, with surfaces entirely free of wrinkles or indentations.

We utilized tube specifications commonly found within our clients' respective industries to demonstrate the entire workflow on-site—from program retrieval and automatic feeding to the actual bending formation and final unloading. From the moment of startup until the first finished tube rolled off the line, the entire process took a mere few dozen seconds. Our clients were able to personally measure the formed angles, observe the changes in the tube wall profile, and even try their hand at rapidly switching out the tooling dies.
